Feather/Tinsel Info: Our feathers can be washed, blow dried, curled and flat ironed. To flat iron them, surround the feather with hair and use low heat. To help revive or reshape a curled or damaged feather, direct steam works wonders. The colored feathers are dyed with an acid-based professional dye. Due to the natural variation of the product, colors may vary and each feather is unique. The feathers come from a domestic source and the birds are raised in a clean, humane environment. Our hair tinsel is made in the USA specifically for use in hair, is the highest quality, and can be washed, blow dried and curled (up to 400 degrees).
Feather Hair Extension Clips: We have a category for these, but any of our extensions can be put on a clip. Call us or ask in the "notes" section of your order.

We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order (except on weekends). You may also place special orders with us. Large orders may take a little longer than 24 hours but we will communicate with you if that is the case.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will refund your purchase within 7 days if you are dissatisfied excluding shipping and handling, and if product is unused, undamaged, and in original packing. You must notify us of a return within 7 days, and the product must be returned within 7 days for a refund. Product returned after this period may be considered for a store credit. Special orders/special priced orders via wholesale pricing are not refundable unless the product is damaged.

What if the product is not identical to that pictured on the website? Our products are hand-made of natural feathers so there will be variety in each product in feather thickness and color. For example, no earring set will be identical to another. We believe that the uniqueness of each product is what helps make our products special. We do not ship any product we do not feel meets our standards of quality of excellent craftmanship and beauty.
When can I expect to receive my order? We ship standard first class and priority mail. Priority mail takes 2 - 3 business days and is $6 depending on the size of your order. First class mail can take up to 7 business days and it $3.50 depending on your size of order. You may contact our office via email for the estimated arrival dated depending on your shipping preference.
Can I return my purchase? If dissatisfied with our product, you may return your unused product within 7 business days. We inspect and document every item that goes out of our store. However, if an item arrives damaged, we will refund your money or replace the item if notified upon receipt of the item (via telephone or email) and once we receive the return.
How will I know my order status? We email you confirmation of your order and its shipping date. You may contact us with questions anytime.
How can I pay? You may pay with credit card or send a personal check or money order. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
